Here at Hickory Grove, JESUS is our music! God has blessed us tremendously with musical talent, and we enjoy praising His Holy Name through song. Our ministry includes choirs for all ages, various church-wide musical activities throughout the year, visiting gospel groups, seasonal cantatas, and we even have the month of March set aside to observe Music Ministry Month. We are continuously planning and conducting musical events for our church and community. Please join us. There is a place for you!

| Adult Choir Hickory Grove Baptist Church fills their choir loft every Sunday with talented men and women to lead their congregation in praise and worship. The Adult Choir consists of about 30 members who dedicate their lives to this ministry. They practice every Sunday afternoon from 4:30-6:00. Each year they prepare for two big musicals - one in the winter and one in the spring. (Click the photo above for a larger image, photo taken April 3, 2005) |

| Praise Team Hickory Grove has a praise team that consists of six dedicated individuals who practice each week to lead in worship and specials. |

| Musicians Hickory Grove has exceptional musicians who use their God-given talent to help lead worship for each service. We are also in the process of addding several other variety of instruments. As of now, our musicians include: Kent Collins, Gwen Tyler, and Terry Tindall. |

| Children's Choir Every Sunday night, the children of HGBC (ages 3-6th grade) gather to make music to our Lord. The children are in the process of learning a musical that they will present to our congregation on July 10th. The musical is entitled We Are United. The main goal of the children's choir is to instill a passion and love for praise and worship so that when the children grow up they will continue to worship freely.
